Leatherhead

My name is Naomi, and I am a proud mum to two young girls. I have been working in childcare for the past three years and have completed my Level 3 qualification in Early Years. Alongside my studies, I have gained valuable experience with TLE as well as through previous managerial roles. It is a privilege and an honour to be part of each child’s journey, supporting their growth, learning, and confidence every day. I particularly enjoy bringing imagination and creativity into play, helping children to explore new ideas, express themselves, and develop a love of learning.

Hi, I’m Sian, the Centre Director here at TLE Leatherhead. I started my journey with TLE as Deputy Manager and SENCO Specialist at our East Finchley centre, and I also hold a Master’s degree in Special Educational Needs. Supporting every child to feel included and confident is something I truly care about. Over the past few months, I’ve been leading Leatherhead as acting manager, and I’m so excited to now be here full-time.

My name is Janet, and I am a devoted mother of three. After nurturing my children, I decided to pursue a career in childcare because I find immense joy in witnessing the growth of little ones and contributing to the foundation of future generations. I am passionate about singing and cooking. 

My name is Megan. I love spending time with my friends and family. I have always had a passion for looking after young children. I have been working in nursery's since I was 16. I enjoy supporting children to be able to achieve their goals and be able to reach their full potential. I love creating new, exciting activities and experiences for the children to explore to develop their learning. I am very excited to be apart of TLE and watching it grow.

My name is Sian. I like spending time at the cinema and hanging out with friends! I spent a few years developing my knowledge for childcare at summer camps in America before moving into a full time nursery position and finishing my Level 3 qualification. After spending time at summer camp I have a passion for the outdoors.

My name is Orlane, I am from France. I have been in the UK for ten years and started my childcare journey as an Au Pair. Last year I had my daughter Isobel who also attends The Learning Experience!

My name is Stacey and I’ve been working in childcare for over ten years. In my free time I like to spend time with friends and family. I like working in Early Years to spend time watching the children develop and achieve milestones!

My name is Libby and I enjoy fitness, my favourite sport is gymnastics. I love to include physical challenges for the children helping them develop skills in a safe environment. I am excited to be apart of the TLE family and expand my knowledge in childcare throughout my journey.

My name is Danni and I am a Room Leader within our Pre-School Classroom. I have my level 3 in childcare as well as leading as SENCO within the Leatherhead setting. I am a Key carer and love to put into practice the knowledge and skills I have gained along the way (Which is so rewarding!) In my spare time I love to be around my family, listening to music and also drawing portraits.

I am very creative and enjoy doing art in my free time!

My name is Edit and I am the Nursery Chef. I have been a chef for 6 years and have over ten years experience within the Kitchen. My favorite food to cook is a Beef Stroganoff. My favorite character is Grace because she has the same name as my own dog!

My name is Sarah, I'm kind, caring and passionate about working in childcare supporting the children in there learning and development, I like to be active most of the time, I enjoy travelling the world with my family, swimming and listening to music.
