Welcome to Make Believe Boulevard®
At the heart of each TLE® Centre, our children will find Make Believe Boulevard®—a mini version of a High Street, Shop fronts that include a post office, supermarket, house, fire station and garage. . This large dramatic playroom is so much more than a fun place to play. It also gives children a sense of the larger world and creates an opportunity for them to express themselves through role-play activities.
Where learning opportunities come together
Make Believe Boulevard® was created to be an extension of TLE®’s lessons and monthly themes, and teachers regard it as a planned continuation of other learning areas and discoveries. The activities there are intentional and engaging—for example, children can go into an interactive supermarket, complete with trollies and recycled grocery boxes, or role-play different scenarios as they explore the fire station.
